As a motivated young professional, you can become a HOFER Manager directly after completing your degree and will quickly be assigned your first executive tasks. We will support you with an intensive, structured onboarding programme of approximately eight months. If you are communicative, flexible and committed and have a university degree with at least 180 ECTS, submit your application and get started in our area management.
