As a HOFER Area Manager, you assume the supervision and financial responsibility for five to seven stores and up to 100 employees after an extensive orientation period. University graduate? Your career path to HOFER management can look like this:

As a motivated young professional, you can become a HOFER Manager directly after completing your degree and will quickly be assigned your first executive tasks. We will support you with an intensive, structured onboarding programme of approximately eight months. If you are communicative, flexible and committed and have a university degree with at least 180 ECTS, submit your application and get started in our area management.

Our company honours your willingness to take responsibility and show commitment with commensurate compensation – gross annual compensation ranges from EUR 68,600 at the entry-level to EUR 105,950 at the top level.
