As a HOFER Store Manager, you lead a team of up to 30 sales employees, manage the achievement of performance indicators and act as the interface for smooth store operations.
Raphaela started her apprenticeship at HOFER in 2009. Every year brought further expertise. She consistently followed her career path at HOFER with great commitment. Today, she manages her own store and trains apprentices to become retail specialists and future Store Managers.
As Assistant Store Manager, you provide support and take over for the Store Manager in their absence. You act as a contact person and sparring partner and take responsibility for training new apprentices and employees.
