Raphaela’s path to Store Manager

Raphaela started her apprenticeship at HOFER in 2009. Every year brought further expertise. She consistently followed her career path at HOFER with great commitment. Today, she manages her own store and trains apprentices to become retail specialists and future Store Managers.

You are the first point of contact for our customers. In addition, you ensure smooth operation in the background, monitor the appealing presentation of the sales floor and make an important contribution to the economic success of the store.

An appreciative work environment

You also are the first point of contact for your store team. As a Manager, you oversee a team of up to 30 employees. Your responsibilities include staff development, apprentice training, work scheduling and creating a pleasant working atmosphere with tangible team spirit.

Assistant Store Manager (m/f)

As Assistant Store Manager, you provide support and take over for the Store Manager in their absence. You act as a contact person and sparring partner and take responsibility for training new apprentices and employees.
