Whether as a sales employee, BACKBOX in-store bakery handler & shelf packer, Saturday team member, apprentice or summer intern in Store Operations – our HOFER store teams collaborate to create an optimal shopping experience for our customers.
A career start with an apprenticeship at HOFER is the perfect introduction to our work practice. In a retail business specialist apprenticeship, you will benefit from an attractive salary and excellent career prospects from the first year. Moreover, we will provide management training. Many Store managers who now supervise a team of up to 30 employees and manage a store of their own originally started their career as apprentices at HOFER.
As a BACKBOX in-store bakery handler & and shelf packer, you are primarily responsible for sufficient shelf stocking in the store and replenishing the BACKBOX in-store bakery (incl. baking). In addition, you ensure cleanliness in the store and provide friendly customer service.
In addition to your tasks as BACKBOX in-store bakery handler and shelf packer, you will also work as a cashier and leave customers with a positive impression of the store.
When the Store Manager is not available, you take over the tasks of the Store Manager and their Assistant Store Manager in their absence in addition to your own tasks in Store Operations.
Are you a university student, parent with young children or are you simply looking for a flexible part-time job with attractive pay? Working hours in the Store Operations team, either as a BACKBOX in-store bakery handler or shelf packer or as a sales employee, are also available on Saturdays – an ideal part-time job with excellent pay!
School pupils who are 15 years or older as well as university students can complete summer internships in our company to not only gather interesting experience, but also to earn excellent pay. What are the tasks? Baking and replenishing baked goods in the BACKBOX in-store bakery, stocking shelves, cleaning work and much more!
