How the new employer branding appearance was created

Our new employer branding is designed around the employer value proposition we offer our employees. After developing this promise in 2019, we created a fresh appearance for our employer branding.

Our new motto

The HOFER careers of our colleagues are versatile, exciting and diverse. This has resulted in our new motto:
HOFER: That's my way.

The faces of our new employer branding appearance

In 2019, we circulated an invitation to employees to serve as models for our new employer branding appearance. 60 employee models were selected from over 270 applications. What was especially exciting about the process? We were deeply impressed with the engagement of the models, who showed enormous commitment on 16 shooting days and four additional video shoot days.1

Photo shooting took about 160 hours and resulted in about 40,000 photos. From that volume, we selected 450 photos, which are now displayed in our new employer branding appearance. But that wasn’t it! We also selected six video models who play the lead role in their own video stories. The videos represent different aspects of our business. What is special about it: Our employee models give exclusive insights in their own personal HOFER career path.

From apprentice to HOFER Store Manager – Raphaela’s success story
