As an employer, we not only stand for viable career paths with attractive pay packages, but also for prioritising fairness, equal opportunities and diversity - regardless of age, origin or gender: The proportion of women in the company is 80 percent, every second executive at HOFER is female and “equal pay” is a matter of course. Federal Minister Margarete Schramböck visited our headquarters in Sattledt on 29 April to get an on-site impression. HOFER CEO Horst Leitner and Bettina Hauser, the Director of HR, accepted the equalitA quality seal for internal promotion of women from the Minister on that occasion.
We are pleased that our efforts to create equal opportunity and fairness in the workplace have been recognised by the Federal Ministry of Digital and Economic Affairs with the equalitA seal. The seal is awarded to companies that promote women internally, ensure gender equality within the company, make women’s careers visible and thus support the professional equality of both genders, both in the company and in society.
