The work of the HR department focusses on people. The experts at Human Resources are responsible for recruiting, employer branding, training and development in the scope of the HOFER ACADEMY, payroll, and managing international assignments.
As a part of our various departments associated with HR and personnel matters, you design measures to help us find the right employees and to retain them in the company in the long term. You will not only design your own “work life”, but also help optimise the work environment for numerous colleagues – in Austria and at the international level. This area also covers all payroll-related matters and advice on labour law. The Salzburg site is also home to numerous international aspects of HR, such as developing global guidelines, global HR reporting, development of group-wide compensation systems, and much more.
Sabine started her career at HOFER as an Area Manager. The career opportunity in the International Management Holding in Salzburg came up during her parental leave. Why is this Sabine’s dream job? She always wanted to work in an international team. Today she collaborates with colleagues from eleven national offices.
